New EPA Lead Regulations Effective 4/22/2010

We are an official EPA Lead Certified Contractor. Regulations regarding construction and/or renovations involving any dwelling built before 1978 where dust and paint are disturbed must be followed. Any contractor doing work on such buildings must follow EPA guidlines. To find out more about this program and what it means for the homeowner you can read all about it here at the EPA's website.
